How to register/contribute

REGISTRATION

To register, you must have an account on sciencesconf.org (see below). 

1) If you already have an account on sciencesconf.org: 

• Go to the conference website https://nesmcq18.sciencesconf.org/ and log in with your username and password in "MY SPACE" section (left column).

2) If you do not have an account on sciencesconf.org yet:

• Go to https://nesmcq18.sciencesconf.org and click on "create an account" under "MY SPACE" in the left column.
• Fill the form and click on the activation link you will then receive by e-mail.
• Go to the conference website and log in with your username and password in "MY SPACE" section (left column).

The registration can be done by logging in the "MY SPACE" section (see left column) and clicking on "Register".

The deadline for registration is June 3th, 2018.

Registrations will be accepted until the maximum number (80) of participants is reached. 

CONTRIBUTING: TALK OR POSTER

To submit a contribution, you must have an account on sciencesconf.org (see above).

The contribution (poster or talk) has to be transmitted by clicking on "submission". The deadline for submitting a contribution is May 13th Jun 3rd, 2018. Acceptance will be notified by May 31th  Jun 24th, 2018.

IMPORTANT: please note that submission of a contribution can be done without registering and vice versa (the two procedures are  intependent of each other).

FEE PAYMENT AND LOCAL EXPENSES

Participants are requested to pay a conference fee, in cash at your arrival in Erice to the director of the school Prof. Marchesoni or to the chairman of the conference Prof. Spagnolo.

The contribution towards local expenses amounts to EUR 120 per night. A 50% discount applies to accompanying persons/children (no contribution requested for infants). This amount covers full board, lodging and local transportations, provided by EMFCSC to all participants for the duration of the Workshop. Participants may be lodged in the old monasteries of S.Rocco or S. Francesco, or in hotels depending on availability. Young participants might be requested to share the room.

Methods of payment for the local expenses:

a) bank transfer* (deadline: July 12th 2018);

b) payment on site by cash.

NOTE THAT THE PARTICIPANTS ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND THE WHOLE CONFERENCE. The organisation committee may discard the participants who do not respect this condition.

BOOKING YOUR ACCOMODATION AND AIRPORT TRANSFER 

Registration should be performed after you have bought your flight ticket. Its main purpose is to book your accomodation at the Majorana Centre and the airport transfer (from either Palermo or Trapani airport). Please be sure that the info you provide is accurate and complete.
